Absolutely. Ensure you place orders by 3pm for same-day services, given a minimum pre-order time of 1.5 hours.
Yes, you can walk in during our business hours 10am – 6pm, for a selection base on availability. For specific preferences, we recommend pre-ordering online before visiting.
If a date/time is greyed out, the product might either be unavailable or past its ordering cut-off time. Key timings to note:
Same Day: Order at least 1.5 hours in advance (and by 3pm).
Our cakes come as they are – we don’t offer customisation.
We do not offer cake wording services, but we provide a wish card for you to write your message and attach it to the cake box.
Online Order: We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Debit Card, Online Banking/FPX, and e-wallets like GrabPay, Boost, TouchNGo, and banks QRpay.
Instore over-the-counter: We accept only cash or QRpays.
Your invoice can be downloaded from the bottom of your order confirmation email.
All orders are non-refundable. However, in certain case, such as order amendments, a refund may be issued. Example include cancellation of duplicate orders, or switching to an item of lower value. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days via bank transfer.
We do not attach any receipts during the pickup.
However, once the payment has been processed, we cannot amend the billing information.
Please feel free to come during your selected time slot, and your order will be ready by then.
Orders are usually ready at 10am on your pick-up day. You can collect your order anytime during our operating hours.
Absolutely. For cake orders, ensure the service uses a car, not a motorbike. Please provide the driver with your order number and name for a smooth pickup.
Important: Cakes need to be transported on a flat surface with the AC on high.
We don’t categorise our cakes by the weight system. Instead, our cakes come in a standard size of 7”/18cm in diameter. That will be approximately 8 to 10 servings.
We source all our ingredients, including our gelatine, from halal-certified suppliers. However, we currently do not possess a halal certification for our bakery as a whole.
Please note that some of our seasonal items, such as our Cognac Rich Fruitcake, contain alcohol. These will be clearly labelled, and our team is always available to assist if you have any questions about specific items.
Upon receipt, place cakes in the chiller for at least 30 minutes. They’re best enjoyed within 2 days at 10°C-12°C, but can last up to 3-4 days in the chiller.
Cakes can withstand a car journey for up to 1 hour with high AC. For longer trips, consider an insulator bag with ice packs.
Our recipes are standardised, and we produce each product in batches. Therefore, changes to sweetness or customisations are not available.
All our products contain eggs, dairy, gluten, and sugar, making them unsuitable for diabetics, vegans, or those on a keto diet. We also handle nuts and gluten in our kitchen, which may pose a risk to individuals with allergies. Yes, all the eggs we use are either cooked or pasteurised to ensure safety and quality.
Submit a request via WhatsApp 014-6671679, at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll confirm via WhatsApp if the changes can be accommodated.
Should you wish to change or add items, please contact us 24 hours before picking up items.
