Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, a 50% cancellation fee will apply as our products are made fresh to order.
Same-day orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
We strive to ensure the best quality in every order. However, if you experience an issue, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup with a photo for verification. We will offer a replacement or partial refund.
Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the product due to quality concerns, please reach out within 24 hours with details, and we will assess the situation for a possible refund or store credit.
Non-Refundable Items: Customized cakes, seasonal/limited edition items, and promotional products are non-refundable unless they are incorrect.
For self-pickup orders, please collect your items within 3 hours of the scheduled time to ensure freshness.
Uncollected orders beyond the pickup time will not be refunded, as our pastries are made fresh daily.
